an instance of the HtmlHelper class
rawArgument: Type: SystemString
the raw "EnabledCustomProperty" value to parse and evaluate

Usage Note

In Visual Basic and C#, you can call this method as an instance method on any object of type HtmlHelper. When you use instance method syntax to call this method, omit the first parameter. For more information, see Extension Methods (Visual Basic) or Extension Methods (C# Programming Guide).

Remarks

multiple site properties will be evaluated from left to right. supported operators: "!" (not), "&&" (and), "||" (or) Example: "CreditCardsEnabled&&!StripeConnect_Enabled" means "Display this category only if Credit Cards are enabled and Stripe Connect is NOT enabled"
