Connecting a ShipStation Custom Store

This topic gives an overview of creating a ShipStation custom store that exchanges data with an AuctionWorx site.

If you haven't already done so, create a ShipStation account. (A free trial account is available.)

You will also need the public web address of the ShipStation integration page of your AuctionWorx site, for example, http://kenenterprise.sandboxurl.com/ss.aspx.

Creating the Custom Store and Connection

If you haven't already created a custom store to work with your AuctionWorx site, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your ShipStation account.
  2. From the Welcome page, click Connect a channel.
  3. Using the Search box, search for Custom Store, and then click the Custom Store icon.
  4. In the Connect your Custom Store box (), enter the appropriate data as follows:

  5. Click Test Connection. ShipStation should respond with a confirmation ().
  6. Click Connect to save the configuration and close the dialogue box.
